Refund and Returns Policy

REPLACEMENT

We accept the replacement of goods if there is any Manufacturing defect, Received in Damaged condition or Wrong product sent. We can process the Replacement for free of charge after receiving the replacement request through our Contact Us Page, or Whatsapp Number.

EXCHANGE

Replacement and Exchange of items can be made by the customer on a case to case basis upon due investigation by the Keto Goodies Operations team. The Exchange request has to come through our Contact Us Page, or Whatsapp Number.

REFUNDS

No refund shall be processed for any product returned by the Customer to the Gourmet Box which has not been coordinated with the Gourmet Box helpline and without photographic proof of the damage or wrong product.

Refund process shall be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of a returned product, after it has been cleared by the Gourmet Box operations team.

The refund shall be credited directly into the account of the customer within 10 working days, from the date of initiation of the refund request or through cash return.
